Hacking Organization: Floor lottery is gamified way of organizing your teams. Instead of working each day on the same floor and the same department, place the lottery machine at the entrance of the building. Have as many balls per floor as you have seats and let each employee to win his/her working floor for the day. This can be done 1-2 times per month in order to foster internal networking and collaboration.
