Decoration Tips: Get out all the tables from the room in order to foster creativity and collaboration. Table-free space is much more flexible, it helps to create cozy atmosphere and inspire open discussion. My personal tip for creativity facilitators: kick-out all the tables and place the chairs in small half-circles. People will be able to work and create in small teams with no barrier in the middle.
