Creativity Killers: Lack of trust is often the reason why people are not so open to share. The problem is that BIG ideas are created by combining and regrouping several ideas that often come from different people. But if participants or team members don't trust each other, they will keep everything for themselves and won't develop their initial ideas further. It will be impossible to create anything together.
